Skipper Furniture has for the last 20 years been owned by the Nyberg family. Tommy, who is the current owner and CEO, has throughout his professional life worked in the furniture industry, including companies such as Sundo and ISKU. His experience and industry knowledge in combination with his daughter Alicia Nyberg’s modern market knowledge contribute to the company developing and growing together with our customers. Two generations with two different points of view is a combination that provides several angles.

Skipper Furniture was founded in 1955 in Denmark by Svend Skipper and was later sold to the current owner Tommy Nyberg. Today, the production takes place in Sweden with the same requirements for quality, environment, flexibility and a combination of Scandinavian design and comfort. Our customers are all over the world, including the USA, Germany, France, Japan, Scandinavia and more. In these countries, we work towards two markets, furniture for home environments and furniture for public environments. For public environments, we produce sofas, armchairs, daybeds, chairs and tables for contract environments such as schools, healthcare, hospice, hotels and conferences.
